| Two Completed Visa Application Forms (A1) |
| Two visa application forms (A1) must be completed fully and signed. The applications must be filled out on the screen only. No hand written applications will be accepted.

| Your Travel Itinerary |
| You must provide a copy of your round trip plane ticket, or a travel itinerary generated by a travel agency showing your name and date of travel into and out of Algeria. |

| Company Letter |
A typewritten letter with your company letterhead, signed by a company officer other than the visa applicant, and addressed to:

Washington DC
The letter should contain the following:
- Nature of business to be conducted
- Name and address business contact in Algeria
- Guarantee of financial responsibility and of return transportation for the visa applicant
